What it does

Use it to make a message post itself: every day, every week, every month or every so many hours.

You need the Manage Server permission.
The time is written as HH:MM, 12:00 by default, in a time zone you choose, UTC by default.
Weekly schedules take a weekday, monthly ones a day from 1 to 31, and interval ones a number of hours from 1 to 720.
Pause stops a schedule without deleting it, and resume starts it again from now.
