Moderation
Kirzen follows your role hierarchy. You cannot moderate yourself, the server owner or someone whose highest role is equal to or above yours, and Kirzen applies the same rule to its own top role.
/ban- Ban a member. Kirzen asks you to confirm first.
/unban- Lift a ban.
/kick- Remove a member from the server.
/timeout- Mute a member for a set time.
/untimeout- End a timeout early.
/warn- Add, list or remove a member's warnings.
/clear- Delete a number of recent messages.
/lock- Stop members from sending messages in a channel.
/unlock- Let members send messages in a channel again.
/slowmode- Set how often members can send messages in a channel.
Logs
Kirzen records server events by category and posts them to the channel you choose.
Choose the categories and the channel in the dashboard, or set them up with:
/logs- Set up which events are logged and where.
Tickets
Members open private support channels from a panel you post in Discord. Only the support role and the member can see a ticket, and you choose how many tickets one member can have open at once, from 1 to 5.
Staff can claim a ticket and close it. Closing asks for confirmation, then deletes the channel and keeps the closed ticket on record.
/tickets category- Pick the category where ticket channels are created.
/tickets role- Pick the support role that can see and manage tickets.
/tickets limit- Set how many tickets a member can have open.
/tickets format- Choose how ticket channels are named, using the number and the user.
/tickets panel- Post the panel that members click to open a ticket.
/tickets status- Show the current ticket settings.
Verification
Verification holds new members at a gate until they confirm. It stays off until you run the setup command, and setup shows what it will change before it does.
Setup creates the Verified and Unverified roles from one of three profiles.
- Strict
- Unverified members see only the verification channel.
- Standard
- Unverified members can read but not speak.
- Light
- Nothing is blocked. The role is only a mark.
Members verify with a button, a dropdown or a form of up to five questions that moderators approve or deny.
Applying a profile changes what everyone can do, so setup asks you to confirm and warns that current members will notice until they verify.
/verification setup- Create the roles, preview the change and confirm it.
Gatekeeper
Gatekeeper scores each arrival from public profile signals, such as a very new account, no avatar or a name that resembles someone who left or was removed. It infers and does not identify, and every signal has an innocent explanation.
No single signal reaches the default threshold of 50, so an ordinary newcomer is not caught. The default action is an alert that lists its reasons, and you set the threshold.
Many joins in a short window turn raid mode on, which raises the score of every arrival until it ends.
/gatekeeper calm- End raid mode early.
Auto Role
Auto Role gives one role to every new member who joins. Bots are skipped, and members already in the server are not changed.
Pick a role below the highest role of Kirzen. Kirzen needs the Manage Roles permission to assign it.
Embeds
Build custom embeds in the dashboard and send them to a channel. Discord sets these limits, and Kirzen checks them before it sends.
